Among the most well known are The Colloseum, The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and for sure the Vatican.An authentic italian pizza and some pasta is a must to taste it when you are in Italy.

A must see place is for sure Greece.Greece is different from all the countries and for sure is a top destination. It’s got such a big variety of places to see . For sure you should visit Athens the capital. The Acropolies are a very popular place in Athens but will be surprise to see that the entire city is full of historical places. But the real attractions of Greece are the Greece Island. They are not very cheap but for sure worth every penny. Some of the most popular island are Santorini and Mykonos from the Cyclades  Island.

Santorini is for sure famous due to his volcano that is still active and for the village of Ya. The beauty of Santorini is unbelievable during sunset. You will notice that is also a preferred place to visit also for the rich people that are docking their yachts in the old port.

Another very nice place to visit is Mykonos. It is for sure a very romantic place to be. Milan (Milano) is Northern Italy ‘s largest and Italy ‘s second largest city. It is the capital of Lombardy region. With an estimated population of over 1.3 million.  Milano is considered the economic capital  of Italy because it is the largest industrial center. It is also world famous for it’s fashion life and opera houses, the church which is home to Leonardo da Vinci’s famous fresco “The Last Supper”. The city was established by the Celts under the name of Medhlan. The Romans captured the city in 222 BC and named it Mediolanum. Milan became the capital of the Duchy of Milan after the fall of the Roman Empire. It’s economic prosperity dates back to the Dark Ages. Milan’s famous operahouse is the La Scala. Many famous operas had their debuts here like Giuseppe Verdi’s Nabucco and Turandot by Giacomo Puccini.

The major theater in Milan is Teatro degli Arcimboldi. The Piazza del Duomo or Cathedral Square is the heart of Milan and also the geometric the center of the dome which was dominated by a huge mass. The city also has several Roman relics. The San Lorenzo church is one of the few Byzantine influenced churches in Western Europe. The kitchen is well-known Italian dishes and restaurants in the region of Milan and a number of typical local specialties available.

Few people know that the symbol of Paris, the famous Eiffel Tower was made by a technology invented by engineer George Panculescu from Romania.

After he graduated from Polytechnic in Zurich, the engineer started to work at a company for Eiffel, to the recommendation of the great writer Alecsandri. In 1878, he went back to Romania to build the Bucharest-Predeal railway. At that time, the engineer has invented a system of joint of the railway sleepers, which would revolutionize the metal construction.

So, due to self-assembly method on railway sleepers outside the space of railways, the engineer managed to finish the work in less than a year, although the delivery term was almost of 5 years.

Panculescu hosted Gustave Eiffel who was impressed by the novel, and has moved to meet the Panculescu, who was to become general inspector of the Romanian Railways. Eiffel wanted to see this technology used for fitting the railway.

Eiffel Tower from Paris is built with steel made in Resita, Romania. On every piece of metal that made up the Eiffel tower he said “Made in Resita – Romania.”

The famous Tower was also designed as a famous monument, reinforcing the Statue of Liberty in New York, a gift from France to the United States.
